Jeanne Peck Beck McPhie passed away on Oct. 15, 2023, due to cancer. Born Dec. 16, 1942, to Wallace and Betty Peck. She married Gene R. Beck and had four children: Bruce (Colleen) Beck, Tamra (James) Wood, Larry Beck, and Julie (Mike) Benton. 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and a sister Penny (Calvin) Brown. Preceded in death by her husband Gene Russell Beck, Five brothers: Dennis, Bill, Bob, Terry, and Bryan, and a sister Bonnie. Remarried to Michael McPhie in 2013 and gained a daughter, Dottie, and a granddaughter.
Jeanne loved to paint, crochet, and do crafts work. But most of all she loved her family, potluck parties, Christmas, and reunions. She also loved her fur babies Mekha and Tinker.

A viewing will be held Oct. 20 from 6-8 p.m. in the Valley View Funeral Home chapel at 4335 W. 4100 S. West Valley City, 84120. Funeral services will be held the following day, Saturday, Oct. 21, at 1 p.m. with the final disposition in the Timberwood Garden at Valley View Memorial Park.
