Hazel Nicole Debban

Our sweet baby girl, Hazel Nicole Debban, born on September 10, 2024, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2024, at the age of two months.

Though Hazel was only with us for a brief time, she touched our lives in ways words cannot fully express. Her sweet smile, big expressive eyes, and her funny, goofy personality brought so much joy to our hearts. Our sweet, loving baby girl was also one of the toughest people we've ever met. She fought and overcame heart disease and other complications in her short time on earth. She will always be the bright spot in our lives and we will forever hold her memory very close. She is deeply loved and will be forever missed by her parents, Haley Nicole and Cory Debban, her grandparents, Dave and Gaye Foster, Stacy Debban, and Rick and Lori Debban, her great grandparents, many uncles, aunts and cousins.

A viewing will be held Friday, November 22, 2024 from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. and a graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Valley View Memorial, where we will honor and celebrate the short but beautiful life of our dear daughter.

Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find comfort knowing that our little angel will always and forever be in our hearts.
