Age 92, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away August 11, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Baker. Her memory will be forever cherished by her children, Joan Harris (James A.), Moreno Valley, CA, Janet Sims, James A. Baker, Danbury, CT and Marcia Rodrigues, Bowie, MD; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Violet’s Life will be held Wednesday, August 20, 2014, 11 A.M. at the United Methodist Church of The Palm Beaches, 900 Brandywine Road, West Palm Beach, Florida. The Family will receive friends from 10 A.M. until Service Time.
