Edward E. LaCour

The Rt. Rev. Edward E. LaCour returned to his heavenly home on Saturday, February 1, 2020. He was married to Frankie for 62 years who proceded him in death. He is survived by his children Michael, Valarie (Chris Costanzo) and Dora (Ernie Pinto). He was loved by seven grandchildren; Caia, Tony, Matt, Drew, Josh, Justin and Ryan. He also had seven great grandchildren; Anthony, Lelani, Blake, Asher, Jett, Haven and Camden. A Requiem Mass will be held at Guardian Angels Anglican Church, 1325 Cardinal Lane Lantana, Florida, on Saturday, February 8 at 2:00 PM. The Rt. Rev. LaCour retired from Western Union, and was a World War II Navy Veteran. In his second career he served God in offering mass every day, bringing many to the love and understanding of our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ. He lived his life by putting God first and helping countless others, always teaching others that, “There is nothing more important than the mass.”
