The family of Glenn Murphy is saddened to announce his passing on December 8 2021, after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer at the age of 65. He is predeceased by his younger sister Lynda and their father Howard.
He leaves behind many who loved him, including his mother Dorothy Murphy, his partner Carren Opra, his daughters Teresa Murphy (Mark) and Keri-Dawn Jackson (Josh), his nephews Jason Shaw (Christie) and James Shaw (Jenn), grandchildren Bowyn, Nathan, Caelan and Darcey, his grand-nephews and nieces and his life long best friend who was practically a brother, Kevin Harte (Jane).
We'd like to thank the Charge Nurses, Nurses and Doctors in both the medical ward and the palliative care ward at Scarborough General Hospital for their attentive care for Glenn over his multiple stays in his final months.
