Diane May Bell

Diane May Bell (Nee: Rice) passed away, unexpectedly on Sunday, February 25, 2024 in Scarborough Ontario. She is predeceased by her parents Richard and Jeanne Rice. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Allan Bell, as well as her siblings John Rice (Debbie), Dorothy LaCourse (Steve), and Kenneth. Diane will be missed by her stepchildren Karen Ann Larocque (Paul) and Terry Lynn Evans (Jeff) and her grandchildren Austin, Annalise and Lexy. She was a loving aunt to Daryll (Jodi), Jim (Geraldine), Scott, Christopher (Shannon), Russell and as well as great aunt to many.

Diane and Allan met at a singles dance in 1987, where they eventually blended families and started a life together. You could find Diane reading an Archie comic, playing a scratch ticket or computer game, and watching horror movies or true crime stories. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and her dogs. She will be missed dearly by all her family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home and Cremation Centre 4115 Lawrence Avenue East, West Hill, ON M1E 2S2, Tuesday, February 29, 2024 at 3:00p.m. with visiting one hour prior.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, The Heart & Stroke Foundation, or the Scarborough Health Network.
