My  thoughts and prayers are with you.  Andy was a good man.  I know you still miss him as I miss Ralph even more today.  Life has changed forever but we have to take comfort knowing that our loved ones are in a better place.  This is what Jesus taught us.  I envision Andy, Ralph and all of the many family and friends no longer with us sending us messages and also missing us.

My hope is that Andy and Ralph have now met and are reminiscing about the good old days.  They had so much respect for one another.  I do remember that when the 3-month or 6-month mass was offered for Andy I was on a pilgrimage with my church, and on that day we were in Fatima.  I had a mass offered for Andy in Fatima.  There were many good times in our lives, the laughter, the many holiday dinners shared, the dances that we all attended.  Money was tight in those days but somehow it was irrelevant.  Money did not matter, family did.  I also remember vividly how kind and  helpful Andy was towards my mother.  I have never forgotten that.   My prayer today is that our families and  loved ones have all been Blessed to have seen the face of Jesus.  Life does not get any better than that.  Love always, Nicoletta

I can't say much about Andy that I'm sure hasn't been said. Andy was a great father, a generous friend to many — we are all of us fortunate to have known him. I’ll forever remember him by a car, by a friend and most beautifully, by his family.

Theresa — I apologize for being a few steps behind. I am one of the many individuals who are unsure or unable to navigate these situations but I'm sincerely sorry for your loss.

Mr. Binetti, you were one in a million. Your generosity of spirit made you one of the richest people I've ever known. While I grieve at any pain suffered and at the loss to your family, I am comforted to know that you were blessed as only the very best people can be.

I had the pleasure of growing up around the corner of my Uncle Andy & Aunt Teresa and cousins.  These fond memories of always remembering a jolly man who always kept everyone around him happy.  Whether it was a constant smile on his face, or just being a dedicated person in helping others around him with their needs. I will miss his smile, his charm, his loudest birthday wishes and most of all the way he showed his love for my Aunt Teresa and family.  Aunt Teresa, Vito, Gina, Chrissy and Michael please accept our heartfelt sympathies.

Over the years, I’ve visited the Binetti family in Toronto and Teresa and Andy spent time with us in California. In 2004, Teresa, Andy, Toni, Gus and their cousins Tina and Lenny Masellis came to California for their uncle, Frank Bavaro’s 90th Birthday. It was a miserable hot summer so we invited them to come to our home in Grover Beach, on California’s Central Coast, where the weather was cooler. While the wives  were sightseeing, the husbands went wine tasting, checking out the country side, then we’d go to grocery stores. Everything we did turned into an adventurous excursion with Andy leading the way. At the home, we enjoyed great meals, then walked on the beach. Whenever we went to Toronto, again, one adventure after another. I’ll miss Andy’s phone calls, but most of all his friendship......Phil

We moved from Brooklyn, New York to Toronto in 1971.  I was 4 years old.
For about 10 years I would say I had a recurring dream.  It was actually quite frequent.   I was always small and I would be at the edge of the staircase.
Suddenly I would be falling down the stairs but airborne almost floating.  It was an unsettling dream as it was always a bit dark and very empty. 
Every time though the dream ended the same way.  I would almost be at the bottom and my dad appeared and caught me.  I got used to having this dream and came to embrace it.
When I stopped having this dream, I told my mom about it and that I had this dream for such a long time.
She said, wow, that dream I believe is a memory.  When we were in Brooklyn,  you were in a walker and you did go over the edge and were airborne.   
Daddy caught you and you weren't hurt.
Thank you dad for catching me all the time and for being such a wonderful father and human being.  You will forever be in my heart.  I love you.

Andy was a great guy, a wonderful father, and his family has always been so warm and welcoming. He would help with any car problem without even asking. He would invite you to a family dinner and make you feel at home. You couldn't ask for a better family and a great person! You will be missed Andy! My deepest sympathies as we remember him for the welcoming, wonderful guy that he is.

Andy's passion was cars. He could often tell what was wrong with a engine just by listening to it. 

Images that bring a smile to my face are the weekly Sunday visits to take 5-year-old Vito to the 'giost' in Brooklyn - just to get the little savage out of everyone's hair; the tender, protective care Andy took of his little girls and the constant coaxing to get Christina to eat; and the pride in his prowess at producing Michael at age 48, transferring his attention to 'the baby' of the bunch.   Through it all, there were at least five calls/day for 'Tere', to which Teresa would respond, 'Oooh, I'm gonna change my name!'  Andy had his ways  but we knew  he always had our best interests in his heart and, to the extent he was capable, he extended a helping hand to everyone.  The impact of this loss is immeasurable and we can comfort ourselves that he is finally at rest from what was a very difficult time.  RIP forever.

God grant the soul of the faithful departed a place in your eternal kingdom. I will always remember his kindness and sweet mannerisms. He always asked about the children when I would talk to him and had this special persona about him. To his family, our sincere condolences during this difficult time. I am sure his brother Pat is waiting in heaven for him to share a joke or two.
