Barbara (Will) Branley, 88, formerly of Harwich, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 14, 2023, after a long battle with dementia. She was the devoted wife of the late John J. Branley, who passed away in 1985. Barbara previously worked for the Harwich town hall, she loved her walks to the Red River Beach, and the years she spent living in Harwich. She is survived by her four children, Diane Branley of Newton, Mass, Kevin Branley of Starke, Fl, James Branley of Loma Linda, CA, and Katherine Strohl and her husband Randy Strohl of Bethlehem, PA: grandchildren, Kyle Strohl and Kaitlyn Strohl. At Barbara’s request, there will be no calling hours. Doane Beal & Ames Funeral Home is overseeing all final arrangements. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider a memorial donation in Barbara’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
