Phyllis Richter, 84, passed away Friday, October 25, 2013 at Methodist Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at McLaren’s Chapel with burial at Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Phyllis worked over 40 years at Northwestern Bell Telephone retiring in 1990. She is survived by her adopted family of 23 years: daughter, Gail Culver; grandchildren, Melissa and Scott Waters; and great-grandchildren, Madison, Landon and Hayden. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Al.
