Rosalinda is survived by her husband, Domingo Gonzales Sr., her children, Melissa Rodriguez, Belinda Barrera, Celinda Gonzales, Domingo Gonzales Jr., Valentin Gonzales and Delinda Gonzales; brother Cervando Maldonado; sisters Elizabeth Herrera, Cecilia Maldonado and Graciela Maldonado; 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Rosalinda was preceded in death by her parents Oligario Maldonado and Maria Elisa Guerrero Maldonado and her siblings Juana Salazar, Oligario Maldonado Jr. and Apolonia De La Garza.
Dear mom, "Mama Bear", I am writing this letter to you up above to tell you how much I miss you with all of my heart and love. I do not know why you had to go. It just wasn't fair, I am left with this sorrow. Sometimes too much to despair. It is hard to not touch you. It is to not see you... I wish so much to hear your voice... Just one more time I hear you whisper inside my thoughts, I feel you around me. I know you live on through these lives you have touched. I know someday I'll see you again, In my heart I'll hold you close and keep you safe... Until then, keep sending me signs. Always remembered, Always loved. From your loved ones you watch over from your world above. I love you so much.
A visitation for Rosalinda will be held Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 N. FM 88, Weslaco, TX 78596, followed by a rosary at 7:00 PM.
