Pedro Martinez Jr.

Left to cherish his memory are his children Norma Delia Martinez (Nick Blackwell), Sonia Campos (Benito Campos Jr.) and Pedro Martinez III, his 4 grandchildren Ricky A. Campos, Alyssa V. Campos, Joshua Martinez and Julie Martinez. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters.

Pedro is preceded in death by his wife Delia Trevino Martinez and his parents Maria Trevino Martinez and Pedro Martinez Sr.

Pedro had a master degree in Biology, from West Texas State University. He worked for the state Texas Water Commission for 25 years, he was co - owner Pedro & Delia LLC (rental), he was a co owner for Pete & Delia's Restaurant (No longer exists), he loved fishing and he loved playing softball. He will be missed by many, and will forever live in our hearts.

A visitation for Pedro will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary recited at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 N. FM 88, Weslaco, TX 78599. A chapel service will occur Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 10:00 AM, followed by the interment at 11:00 AM at Highland Memorial Park, Weslaco, TX 78599.
