Jose is survived by his sons; Jesus Oscar (Cynthia) Ramos, Osiel Omar (Imelda) Ramos and Jose Oscar Ramos III, his grandson Matthew Aaron Ramos; his siblings Omar Eden Ramos and Lesvia Iris Ramos.
Jose was preceded in death by his parents Jose Oscar Ramos Sr. and Melida S. Ramos.
Serving as pallbearers are Juan Manuel Escobedo, Juan Manuel Escobedo Jr., Crystal Ann Escobedo, Gilbert Glen Martinez, Ruben Flores and Alejandro Rey Hernandez.
A visitation for Jose will be held Monday, November 22, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a rosary at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, Weslaco, Texas 78599. A church service will occur Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, located at 1100 Broadway St., Elsa, TX 78543, followed by the interment at 3:00 PM at Highland Memorial Park.
