Deloris "Cookie" Ann Comeaux

Cookie loved cooking, fishing, collecting sea shells, going to zoos, thrift shops, shopping for antiques, but especially spending time with her grandkids!

Cookie was preceded in death by her daughter, Laci Rae Comeaux, grandchildren, Beau Rayne and Brynnlee Ryan Ebarb, her parents, Norman and Elizabeth Coffman, and her two sisters, Mary Daley and Linda Derouen.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Perry Comeaux; daughter, Sarah Comeaux; daughter, Megan Ebarb and husband, Brandon; grandchildren, Ethan and Austin Pope, Bryson, Makayla, and Harper Ebarb; a sister, Debra Blanchard; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

Visitation will begin at 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Hixson Funeral Home in Welsh.

Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 10, 2023 in the Chapel of Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh with Rev. Jim Balmer officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery in Welsh. Pallbearers will be Alex Blanchard, Robbie Daley, Deontre Derouen, Joel LeJeune, Justin Ebarb, and Gerald Hebert. Honorary Pallbearer will be Dalan "Big Boy" Vore.
