He was preceded in death by his mother Virginia Marie Vogel Cook; his father Donald Joseph Cook Sr.; and brothers Michael Anthony Cook and Ronald Joseph Cook.
He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years Melodie H. Cook. He leaves behind his sons Dennis Wayne Boudreau and wife Amanda, and Nicholas Blane Cook; daughter Nicole Boudreau Russell; as well as grandchildren, Beau Nicholas Boudreau, Adalie Grace Boudreau, Cobra Lee Russell, Grace-Leigh Russell and Greyson Thomas Boudreau. He is also survived by his sister Donna Cook Swall; brother Donald Joseph Cook, Jr. and wife Debra; father-in-law Rudy A. Herrera, Sr.; as well as many brothers-in-law , sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Terry will be held Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 9:30 am to 10:00 am at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 10:00 am. A committal service to follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Adam Montgomery, Brian Cook, Ryan Herrera, Nathan Herrera, Gunner Herrera, Russell Herrera, Jr., Taylor Galvan and Kyle Galvan.
Officiating the service will be Dr. Fred Childs.
