John enjoyed a career in chemical plant sales representing Growth Equipment Corporation where he repeatedly received top salesmen accolades which made him very proud and a wonderful provider.
He was a member of Sagemont Baptist for 30+ years and he enjoyed gardening, golf, fishing, hunting, westerns and sports. The man could fix anything!
His passing was preceded by daughter Nicole Cannizzaro, mother Betty Martens and father Paul Martens.
John is survived by wife Linda, daughter LeeAnn (Dwayne) Beall, son Christopher Cannizzaro, sister Paula (John) Seaman, brother Sam (Katie) Martens. Cousins, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
A visitation for John will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a funeral service to start at 2:00 p.m. All services will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery, located at 21620 Gulf Freeway in Webster, Texas.
