Jo Ellen Canning, 54, of Friendswood, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2015. She was born in Dallas, Texas on June 04, 1960. Jo Ellen had a career in accounting for The City of Webster. She had a passion for fishing, bowling, and playing bingo. Jo Ellen is preceded in death by her son, Wesley Joel Canning. She is survived by her children James Russell Canning and Amanda Jo Canning. A visitation will be held Thursday, March 19, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home. The celebration of Jo Ellen’s life will be held Friday, March 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with interment to immediately follow in Forest Park East Cemetery.
