Michael G. Pikula, age 60, of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania passed away at his home surrounded by family after a hard fought battle against cancer on Thursday, March 21, 2024. He was the son of the late Paula A. (Hammel) and Daniel J. Pikula. Mike was born in Landstahl, Germany on January 18, 1964. Mike married his wife, Brenda (Ullom) on September 13, 1986.
Mike was preceded in death by his mother, Paula A. Pikula and father, Daniel J. Pikula. Also, his brother John Pikula, nephew Frank "Buddy" Pikula, and in-laws, Margaret and Herbert Ullom.

Mike grew up in West Greene where he also raised his family and was a School Director for many years. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Waynesburg College. Mike and Brenda resided in Waynesburg, PA. Up until the time of illness, Mike worked for Omni Force Inc and enjoyed driving water trucks. He also took great pride as a co-owner of Waynesburg Memorial Sales LLC. He enjoyed helping people create memorials for their loved ones and working in the cemeteries.
Mike loved spending time with his grandchildren. They were the light of his life. He loved supporting them in everything they did including being their biggest fan at SMASH softball. He also enjoyed working around the house on various projects, racing canoes, and playing pool in many Greene County pool leagues. Mike also enjoyed spending time with his wife and his dog, Baxter.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation to be held from 11 AM until 1 PM on Tuesday, March 26 at Behm Funeral Home, 182 W. High St., Waynesburg, PA 15370; a graveside service to immediately follow at 2 PM at Centennial Cemetery, 521-523 Aleppo Rd., New Freeport, PA 15352 with Pastor Lanny Hewitt to officiate.
