He was born August 7, 1951 in Waynesburg a son of the late Leroy and Marie Tustin Richter
Mr. Richter was a lifetime resident of Greene County. He enjoyed fishing, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers , and spending time with his friends.
Surviving are two brothers, Samuel Leroy Richter of Carmichaels and Daniel Mark Richter of Poland Mines; one sister, Yvonne Renner of Waynesburg; several nieces and nephews; and his friends at Advanced Personal Care.
Deceased are four brothers, Jesse Osborne Richter, Charles William Richter, Roger Lee Richter, and Richard Herman Richter; and one sister, Judy Eileen Richter.
Friends will be received from 11 am to 12 Noon, the hour of services on Friday, January 6, 2017 in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High St., Waynesburg with Rev. James Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, in Whiteley Township. Condolences may be offered at www.behmfh.com .
