Renee S. Coffey, 66, of Waynesboro went to her eternal reward on Sunday, September 19, 2021.
Renee was born on March 13, 1955 in Lynchburg, Va a daughter of the late Russell and Sylvia Shank.
Renee loved her family and spending time at the beach. She was a long time auctioneer and member of the VA Auctioneers Association. She also worked in the community that she loved doing tag sales and selling Avon. Renee was an avid conservative that loved her country. She was a strong woman of faith who attended church faithfully.
Renee’s greatest joy was her family. She leaves behind her husband, Billy Coffey; daughters, Brandy Wingfield and husband, Joe Wingfield and Holly Layman and husband, Matt Layman; son, Josh Coffey and wife, Amber Coffey; and grandchildren, Jessy Wingfield, Gabe Wingfield, Layla Layman, Brooke Layman and Abel Layman. She also leaves behind her brother, Wesley Shank and sister-in-law, Lola; and niece, Ashley Cash.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Barren Ridge Church of the Brethren 1790 Barren Ridge Rd, Staunton Va.
