In loving memory of Linda Marie Crowder, 75, of Waynesboro, who passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.
She was born January 25, 1949, a daughter of the late Finley Edsel and Marian Elizabeth (Berry) Bartley.
Linda was a member of Mountain View Full Gospel Church in Afton and retired as a cashier from Sheetz Convenience Store.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Crowder.
Survivors include her three daughters, Diane Marie of Troy, Cindy Lockwood and husband David Lee of Waynesboro, Sue Ellen Valentin and husband Angle of Afton; brothers, Donald, Eddie, Richard and George Bartley; sisters, Mary Ellen Via and Kathy Sue Moreland. She also leaves her three grandchildren to cherish her memory.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 12, 2024 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes with Pastor Scott Jewell officiating. Burial will follow in Augusta Memorial Park.
Active pallbearers will be David Lee Lockwood and family members attending the service.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St., Waynesboro, Va.
