Born December 16, 1916 in Mt. Meridian, VA, she was the daughter of the late Jacob C. and Elizabeth (Morris) Miller.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, E. Claude Murray; brothers, Oscar, Marvin, Lester, Raymond, Homer, Ward, Claude and Carl Miller; sister, Carrie McClung.
Survivors include her sister-in-law, Leona Miller and a number of nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, a graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, May 4, 2015 at Holly Memorial Gardens, 3251 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, Va.
There will be no formal viewing or visitation at the funeral home.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes & Crematory of Waynesboro.
