Roxann R. Dandrow, age 68, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Mary Jane Northrop; siblings Clark Northrop, Ryal Northrop, Donna Tanner, Forrest Northrop, Leonard Northrop, and Robert Northrop. She will be deeply missed by siblings Marsha (Bill) Pettersen, Stanley (Kristi) Northrop; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Roxie loved to visit with friends and family and could make a friend wherever she went.
