Barbara A. Rook, age 86, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023. She was the most kind, sweet, loving, and beautiful woman. She always kept a positive attitude. Barbara touched the hearts of all whom she met.
She married Frank Rook and together they had two children Theresa and Stephanie. Barb had three grandchildren April Hollon, Franklin Meade, and Natasha Martinez; and three great-grandchildren Keigen, Axl, and Lillian. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; and parents Mike and Bessie Novosel. Her surviving siblings are Richard Novosel, Betty Schneider-Krulac, Nancy Carpenter; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial Mass will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, 159 131st Ave., Wayland, MI 49348, with visitation from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the service.
