Frances M. (Martin) Bilodeau, 73, passed away July 17, 2022. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Bilodeau, Jr. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Almanzor and Blanche (Decelles) Martin, and sister of the late Joan Mahar.
Frances was the loving mother of Nicole Collette, Michelle Bilodeau and Jeannie Whalen; and the cherished grandmother of Robert, Isabelle, Sean, Jackson, Evan and Finn.
Frances gave her time and support as a devoted registered nurse for 40 years and continued to care for families in their times of hardship as a case manager. She valued family above all else and would give her time, care and love freely. In her recent years, she overcame significant medical challenges with strength,
dignity and grace. She persevered with courage despite her struggles and won over the hearts of everyone around her.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5-8 pm with her funeral service on Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.
