Ann M. (Hill) Galvin, 73, of Cranston and Narragansett, passed away September 8, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Philip J. and Ann R. (Langwell) Hill.
Ann was a graduate of Seekonk High School, Endicott College and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Providence College. She was a realtor, founder and president of Homestead Properties for many years until her retirement. Ann always loved a good time, she summered in Narragansett at her beach house that was loved by all. She also enjoyed holiday parties and any time she got to spend with close friends and family. Ann was also an avid Red Sox fan.
Ann was the beloved mother of Kathryn E. Galvin and Michael P. Galvin; loving sister of Susan Kane; and cherished grandmother of Wilder James Galvin. She also leaves several nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 11, 2024 from 5:00-7:00 pm with her funeral to begin on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 9:00 am followed by a service at 10:00 am in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org/donate
