Jane Abbruzzi Patterson

She was the daughter of the late Pasquale “Pat” and Filomena (Andreozzi) Abbruzzi of Warren, RI. She was the loving wife of Charles Patterson and the devoted mother of Allyson and Isabella Patterson. She was the youngest of six siblings: Diane Gempp (of Barrington), Debbie Abbruzzi, Michael Abbruzzi, Mary Patriarca, and Julie Abbruzzi (all of Warren).

Jane was a graduate of Warren High and New Hampshire College. She dedicated her love and energy to raising her two beautiful daughters. Her happiest times were with her family camping at Danforth Bay. She was an avid Bruce Springsteen fan seeing him in concert numerous times. Bruce Springsteen was an avid Janey fan repeatedly singing, “Janey, don’t you lose heart.”

Her smile and laughter will be missed by all those who were blessed to be part of her life.

Calling hours will be Thursday from 4 8pm at Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main Street in Warren. A mass of Christian burial will be at St. Alexander’s Church, 221 Main Street in Warren on Friday at 10 am. For information and condolences, www.wilbur-romano.com
