Born in Dighton, MA a daughter of Francis F. Phillips and Mary (Pontes) Phillips she was a longtime resident of Bristol and Warren.
A Nurses Aide, she worked at Crestwood Nursing Home for 17 years. She enjoyed the arts, was a talented artist and was very active in her community volunteering at Tap-In and Rose Hawthorne. Ms. Perry was a communicant of St. Thomas the Apostle Church.
She is survived by three sons, Kevin J. Perry and his wife Susan of Dighton, Arthur F. Perry, Jr. of Warren and Daniel Perry of Swansea; one daughter, Bernadette Perry and eight grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Paul Perry.
