Miss you Mom very much! Thank you for all your support and all that you taught me for life.   I especially miss all the baked cookies you made and all the good times we had together. It's hard to believe you're gone from this world we all still live in.  But I know you are safe in Heaven.   Everyone misses you.  I will Love you always!

All are welcome to share in the memories, reconnect with family and friends, see photos, tell stories, and enjoy a sit down meal.  We will also be showing a power point production of Barbara's life.

Thanks for being such sweetheart. You and Uncle Dan have been a inspiration throughout my life on how life should be lived. I'm fortunate to of had you in my life and hold the memorys dear

Dear Mom,

Dale, Dan, Dad and I will always love you.  We miss you terribly.  But we will always feel close to you.  We have our memories of you.  No matter how big or small those memories are we will always cherish them.  I will, though, tell you of my own memories. I remember being in a crib.  You coming to my aid while I was teething.  You were there.  That's my earliest memory, over 50 years ago.  I thank you for all your support, in good times and in bad, not that there were many of those bad times.  Helping me with my homework.  Picking me up after school, after scouting, after practice, after drama club, after bowling, after my first dates and after my first job.  It was a lot.

I saw much with you - many museums, many sights, many places and many events.  We lived in many places too and you always made it home.  The cookies baking in the oven, the smell of marinara simmering on the stove, the soups and stews waiting to be devoured by all of us.  And always you were ready to make me breakfast with the fresh eggs from the chickens in the back yard.  

I remember the holiday parties with your parents Bill and Jesse, whom you are now with. Eating clams and burgers with your brother Robert and sister Harriett. I wish I met your grandfather, Ben, though.  But at least I got to be with your uncles, Ray, Clarence, Kenny and Johnny - oftentimes at the fun camp in Beaverkill.  

Later in years You taught me how to be an adult too.  The lessons you provided before I left for college - washing my laundry, ironing my shirts, balancing my checkbook, cooking and baking, etc. I know I sometimes disappointed you with my grades. But it got better as you witnessed, once I joined the Air Force and went back to college. And through it all, you saw me grow more with my wife, Linda and our daughter, Laura who misses you so much.

I will not say goodbye mom.  For your passing is not a final moment.  Because I know all of us will eventually be reunited with you, in God's time.
