William Patrick Flynn IV

Billy was born on May 5, 1960 in Detroit, MI to his parents William and Nancy.

In his free time Billy loved to be on the water more than anything, especially sailing. He loved the freedom of the open water and the fresh air. He was a member of the North Star Sail Club in Harrison Township and was active in America’s Boating Club/ Mt. Clemens Power Squadron. His faith was also important to him and he was an active member and usher at St. Anne’s Catholic Church here in Warren.

Billy is survived by his beloved wife Brenda Flynn, his mother Nancy Flynn, stepson Travis Black, sisters Valerie (Michael) Rivette, Colleen (Alan) Lucas and brother Brian Flynn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was predeceased by his sons Stephen Flynn (d. 2011), Sean Flynn (d. 2014), father William III (d. 2004) and his brother Jeffrey Flynn (d. 1989).

Friends may visit the AH Peters Funeral Home 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren, MI 48088 on Friday, May 31, 2024 from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.

A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, June 1, 2024 in the AH Peters Funeral Home Chapel. In state 9:00 A.M. with the service beginning at 10:00 A.M.
