Robert Charles Kubic

Robert proudly served in the United States Navy in 1956 where he worked assisted the movement of troops to and from the aircraft carriers and ships. After leaving the Navy his uncle helped him find a job at Hoskins Manufacturing where he stayed for over 40 years as a technician. Robert always loved to travel, especially with his family. When his kids were little he would take them down to Florida for a week at a time to see family and for a trip to Disney. He took 37 different cruises, mostly around Florida and the Tropics. His family will always treasure the memories they made at Camp Dearborn, where they would spend time together and Robert would grill hotdogs for them. Food was a favorite way to spoil the people he loved, cooking them a homemade meal or treating them to a restaurant dinner. In 1960, Robert and his wife moved into the family home and continued living there until his passing.

Robert is the beloved husband of 44 years to the late Ellen Kubic. Cherished father of Robert (Patricia) Kubic, Allan (Renee) Kubic, and Susanne (Bob) Hogan. Dear brother of Bill Kubic and the late Loretta Phillips. Treasured uncle of Jeff, Martha, and Chuck.

An instate for Robert will be held Saturday, November 26, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd, Warren, Michigan 48088, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
