Linda Lee Krause

Linda Lee Krause, age 61 of Venice Florida and Fraser Michigan formerly of Gaylord, died Friday, June 19, 2009 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Linda was born August 18, 1947 in Sewickley, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late John Arthur Hays and the late Zena (nee: Demedanko) Hays. Linda was raised in Fraser and graduated from Fraser High School class of 1965 and went on to attend Western Michigan University for a year. Later Linda married and began her family, raising her children and working numerous jobs. She married Chuck Krause May 25, 1979 and resided in St. Clair Shores before moving to Otsego Lake in Gaylord in 1982. While living in Gaylord Linda worked in the sales and marketing department for North Star Publications. In the year 2000 she and her husband Chuck began to split their time between Florida and Michigan. Lindas passion in her life was her husband, family, children, and grandchildren. She felt it was her duty to mentor, show by example, and educate her children and grandchildren all the joys life gives us. Also Linda never met a garage sale she didnt enjoy always stopping browsing, antiquing, and buying that little something. She and her husband Chuck also enjoyed boating and salmon fishing. Linda is survived by her beloved husband Chuck Krause. She is the dear mother of Rochelle Bresnahan (Frank Aldrich), Bradley Mitchell, Cheryl Krause, and Angela (Bob) Hillock. Loving Nana of Brendan, Noah, Lydia, Cameron, and Anna. Dearest sister of Sheila J. Hays, David A. Hays, John (Diane) Hays, and the late Bradley Hays.
