David Richard Dietz

David Richard Dietz passed away on May 21, 2021, at the age of 68. Loving husband of the late Pamela; beloved father of Leanne Nicholoy (Matthew); Cherished grandfather (“Big Papa” ) of Carleigh, Max and Addy; Caring brother of Diane Fennell (Tom), Sharon Dietz, James Dietz (Lisa), and the late Anne Dietz.

Dave thoroughly enjoyed his visits to his cottage in Caseville where he spent many summers enjoying the beautiful scenery and sunsets. He also liked to play poker and euchre with his friends and family. One of the more unique passions David had was collecting things like Beanie Babies, baseball cards, bottles, and anything else that spiked his interest. He will always be remembered for his “big heart “which was even bigger than he was.

David’s family will hold a memorial visitation Tuesday, May 25, from 4pm to 8pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home , 32000 Schoenherr Rd., Warren (Schoenherr and Masonic). A memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 26, at 10:00am at A. H. Peters Funeral Home.
