Darrell Couch

Darrell was born on November 28, 1933 in Hazard, Kentucky to his parents Nicholas and Mary Couch.

After high school Darrell joined the United States Army where he served with honor and distinction. He was a hardworking and dedicated man who always provided by working in the manufacturing sector of the automotive industry for many years. However, what Darrell cherished above everything was his family. He met and married the love of his life, Ina and together they created a happy home for their three children James, Lora and Billy. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren, seeing them grow and sharing his knowledge, wisdom and experience with the future generations.

He is survived by his children James (Sheila) Couch and Lora Palmer. Grandchildren Jessica (Matthew) Fritz, Caitlin Couch, Melanie (Brandon) Cutler, Nicole Cataldo and Sarah Couch. Great grandchildren Patrick Fritz, Charles Fritz and Lydia Cutler. Siblings Naomi Meecham, Elizabeth (Bill) Baker, Alice Fugate and Mildred Gilley.

Darrell is predeceased by his beloved wife Ina Lee Couch (d. 2007) and his dear son Billy Joe Couch (d. 2012).

Friends may visit the AH Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, Warren, MI 48088 on Friday, April 12, 2024 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.

A funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. in the AH Peters Chapel.

Darrell will be laid to rest at Christian Memorial Gardens West Cemetery, 521 E Hamlin Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 following the funeral service.
