to the family of a long lost friend,theresa odonovan.  my heart goes out to all of you who were able to spend time with this very special person.  I grew up with Theresa,we went to school together,spent the night at each others homes until my family moved away. about a year ago Theresa had made contact with one of my sisters through the net looking for me. unfortunately I did not respond to her out reach as I did not own nor knew a thing about the net. today January 4th 2015 I decided I would look her up, to my dismay I found myself too late. I must say Theresa had not changed a bit. her youth prevailed her true years. god has her now and I will look forward to seeing her upon my arrival in the heavens above. my name then was Sandra Hartman,from apalachin n.y.barton hill rd. .I still have the pictures from the last birthday party I went to of Theresa"s we were all entangled in a game of twister. we may have been 13 or 14.how wonderful life is,so happy to have meant this lovely lady who gave me many years of looking back at the old days.although we lost touch for about forty years are lives were close in the outcome of family and school. so for now I,ll miss you but as always will carry you close as it has always been in the heart. Dear sister you will be so missed.  You have left a huge hole in our family but I know that we now have yet another angel who watches over all of us.

Ms. O'Donovan was a great teacher and my daughter Sydney loved her so much. Everyday, she would come home with exciting news as to what was going on in their class. You will be deeply missed as you now have made the transition from your earthly home to your heavenly home. May God comfort the family during this time.

Our dear sister will be missed by so many, we are at a loss right now but time will heal and she will live forever in our hearts.

I still cannot believe you are gone.  I have visited this page so many times, hoping it was a bad dream.  Going to Dr. Mudd will feel so odd this year knowing we will not see you or hear your voice.  Lexi and Kyla both loved you like you were their grandmother.  We will never forget you.

Dearest O'Donovan family and friends. I had the pleasure of visiting Ms. Theresa's class for the past three years conducting Spanish/English storytimes for her as a  Charles County Public outreach librarian. Her class of children were always well behaved and enthusiastic about learning. The kids were always doing the coolest activities. She was a great teacher who touched the lives of so many children. Everyone will miss her terribly. I am grateful to have met a wonderful lady and teacher. I am so sorry for the great loss with the passing of Theresa. Time moves so quickly and years rush by. As each year passes, I treat them like 'yesterday, and promise that 'this year I'm going to connect again with family that I miss so much from years past.  There is a spot in my heart for Theresa, also a faith that we will all be together again where there is no pain or suffering, and love endures forever.

 So sorry to hear this sad news! I only knew Theresa for a little while when she was attending Leonardtown Nazarene Church. She was so Friendly and everyone loved her!

My children and I just learned of Ms. O'Donovan's passing.  We are all heartbroken, especially my daughters.  My oldest was in Ms. O'Donovan's first classroom teaching at Dr. Mudd and we have all come to know and love her.  She will be greatly missed.   ~The Guthrie Family
