Helen I. Harris (nee Brown) died Thursday, June 23, 2011 at the age of 61. Helen was a resident of Waldorf, Maryland. Loving wife of Mike Harris; beloved mother of Rhonda (Keith) Farrell, Kimberly (E.J.) Mampe and Douglas (Rachel) Harris, sister of Elizabeth (Wayne) Tippet and James E. Brown, Jr., sister-in-law of John Brodigen. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Gaye Brodigen. A Celebration of her Life will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2011 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Waldorf Elks Lodge # 2421, 2210 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20601. In lieu of flowers contributions made be made in her name to the Hospice of Charles County. Arrangements made by the Huntt Funeral Home.
