A funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 23, 2021 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel with Pastor Dave officiating. Interment will follow at Southland Memorial Gardens, 700 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170.

Owen Bailey Rawls was born in Lexington, South Carolina to Lisa Sharp on January 29th 1999. He went to school in Pelion SC, and then later Swansea, SC. He was an entrepreneur, owner of "Rawls does it all". He was a very hard worker, his amazing drive to succeed and help his family was extraordinary. He had a love for playing basketball, he recently played in a basketball league. He had the biggest heart and soul, putting everybody before himself. He made everyone in his life feel loved, appreciated, and special in their own individual way. He knew how to walk in a room and bring the best out of everybody. His laugh and smile was infectious, instantly brightening every one's mood; joy to everyone he was around. He was a man of great measure, selfless, caring, and loved his family above all.

Owen Bailey Rawls is survived by brothers, James Gillman and Tristan Sharp; brother-in-law, Justin Berry; sisters, Summer Berry and Dezarae Sharp; mother, Lisa Sharp; grandmother, Linda Morgan; nieces, Mikaylee Gillman, Madelynn Muncy, Layla Gillman, and Bailey Rae Berry; uncles, Kelly Blackburn, Billy Blackburn, and Ricky Blackburn.

Pallbearers will be Joey Gillman, Tristan Sharp, Justin Berry, Seth Partin, Blake Hunt and Ricky Lee Blackburn.
