Henry Calvin Hunt, age 91, of Cayce, South Carolina passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022.
Henry began his army career as a young trumpet player. Working his way up in rank and education, he eventually earned the job of bandmaster. Henry led his bands in ticker-tape parades, concerts, and performances for dignitaries. After retiring in his late thirties, Henry earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina School of Music and finished his career by teaching high school band.
Henry was a loving father to three children, letting them know how important and loved they were until the end.
