WEST COLUMBIA – Funeral services for Henry “Buck” Hook, Jr. 91, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel with interment in Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Hook was born April, 5, 1924 in Newberry, SC and passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015. He was the son of the late Henry Hook, Sr. and Louella Phillips Hook. He was a member of Taylor Evangelical Methodist Church and was a very faithful member. Henry loved gardening and loved his family.
He is survived by his sons, Michael Hook (Terry), Larry Hook (Stacey) and Barry Hook; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his wife, Faye Hornsby Hook and his sisters, Juanita Lewis, Frances Dunlap and Helen Fallaw.
