John P. Van Tol was born on March 27, 1930 in Lelystad, (NL) and passed away on June 5, 2015 in Reedley, California and is under the care of Miller Memorial Chapel.
Memorial Service will be held on June 11, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Trinity United Reformed Church.
