William Earl Livingston passed away on October 1, 2024. He was born on February 11, 1936, to the late William Tilley Livingston and Lillian Elizabeth (Way) Livingston in Santee, South Carolina.
William retired as a Crane Operator for VALJAR. Upon retirement he enjoyed restoring classic cars, especially mustangs, and wood working. Early in life he loved country living and enjoyed his horses and horseback riding. Later in life he was able to re-connect with his passion for country living and found companionship with owning and training several horses over the years. In his final years enjoyed spending quality time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Jeana Livingston; his children, Mike Livingston, Brandon (Deborah) Livingston; his stepchildren Tonya (Michael) Kovach, Brett Freeman; and several grandchildren.
A graveside service for William will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Rosewood Memorial Park, 631 North Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462.
