I only recently learned about Terry’s passing and wish to extend my Christian sympathies to Gail and the rest of the family. In July of 2004 Terry’s sister Diane, his father Mike and I traveled to  Virginia Beach to visit. Terry and Gail made me feel so loved and welcomed. I went fishing, saw fireworks, ate several delicious meals and enjoyed their hospitality. Within one years time I lost three very special friends as Mike, Diane, and Terry left to be with the Lord. 
RIP Terry, I’m sure you are missed.

To the Neal family,
Terry and I were classmates at VBHS and teammates on the 1963 Seahawk football team. Terry played right guard at 150 lbs., dripping wet, and I played right tackle at 160 lbs. However, we managed to win 6 games against teams always bigger but not as tough. Terry was always a calming and quiet influence in the huddle. He was the same as a classmate and friend. 
It is a  shame that we lived so close but seldom ran into each other.  I only learned of Terry's passing last weekend and am sorry I missed the visitation.  
Terry will be missed.

Gail and Family, Sharon and I want to express our deepest sympathy for your loss. Terry was a great man and I am blessed to be able to call Terry a dear friend. Terry, I'm going to miss our morning breakfast we shared over the past years. It was great to share notes on our family and afterwards realize how much our experiences we alike.  Terry was always there for me and for that I will always be thankful.
Gail, may this difficult time be buffered by the fact that Terry will most definitely be in the house of God, and most probably be designing and building an even greater home for the Lord, our God.

Terry was a wonderful friend. I met Terry thru his son Greg. Greg and I are friends and did some vacations together. No trip would be complete without Terry front and center. My first trip to Pigeon Forge Tn  was with Terry , Greg and  Caleb 
My wife Christine and Sons Connor and Hunter 
All came as well. He was the tour guide and it turned out to be the best trip ever. We cooked everything on the grill. Pizza , popcorn everything. Terry took us to a river in the mountains and told Caleb not to get wet. No sooner than it had left Terrys lips Caleb was fins up in the river. Soaking wet from head to toe. Shoes full of water. It was in December by the way. He slipped on the first rock 
He stepped on. Yes we knew Caleb way before his State Championship Days!! Words can’t really convey the loss we feel. To know really know Terry was to love him. We Loved Him.

We had many good years at the “little red barn”, first with Mr Mast, who was amazing, and then with Terry, also so generous and kind. The memories our families were able to create because these wonderful people shared a little piece of their world with us, we are forever grateful, rest peacefully Terry and peace and prayers to your family.

Hi Gail.  I lived next door to your parents in Larkspur.  Terry was always so kind and helpful and he adored your mother and father.  I always enjoyed  talking to him.  We are thinking of you during this difficult time and hope your memories will help you.  Nancy and Alvin Wall

I worked for Terry and Olin for several years back in the 1980's at Summit Construction. Terry was such a smart guy who knew the housing market as well as anyone. It's strange that he and Olin passed away so close to each other. Those guys were so close back in the Summit days and were one of the best partnerships I had ever seen. My condolences to the family and may Terry rest in peace. Thanks for the memories.

Terry has always been a godly man who gave generously and loved much. We will all  miss his laughter and gentle ways. Our hearts go out to Gail and his wonderful children who have a legacy of faith and memories of an incredible husband and father. 
We all grieve his loss but we do not grieve as those who have no hope. We know where he is and he is more alive than ever. We can only imagine!
