Scott William Kline, 42, passed away suddenly in Virginia Beach on Tuesday. Scott was born in Gallup, New Mexico to William “Bill” and Margaret “Maggie” Kline. He is survived by his loving wife, Suzanne; daughter, Genoveva; siblings, David Kline and his wife, Angela Gammuto and their daughter, Cambrey Kline; Lynn Coyle and her husband, Ronnie Coyle and their sons, Brayden and Joah Coyle as well as his pugs, Sophie, Cujo and Oscar. Scott always put his family first. When he wasn’t with family he was an avid video gamer and sports fan. He was highly passionate about books, vinyl records, games and the Oklahoma State University Cowboys Football team. He graduated from OSU with a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and went on to pursue a Master’s Degree at the University of Iowa. After college, Scott taught at Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School and TCC. Scott wanted the best for his students and loved teaching. Full of love and life, he will be missed by all.
A funeral mass will be conducted at 3pm, Tuesday at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, Scott’s wish was for donations to be placed in a Textbook Scholarship Fund for Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
