Ralph David Stephens

Ralph David Stephens, 86, passed away on December 1, 2022. He was born on April 19, 1936 to the late Donald and Stella Stephens in Ohio. He is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Betty Lou Stephens and son, David Stephens. Mr. Stephens served 32 years in the US Navy and retired as Master Chief. He later retired from the Civil Service. He was a Life Member of the VFW Post 392 and had served as Past Post Commander. He is survived by his sons, Mark Stephens and wife, Billie Jo, Donald Stephens, and James Stephens and wife, Liz; grandchildren, Melissa Ivancevich and husband, Nick, David Stephens, and Tiffany Stephens; four great grandchildren; brother, Roger Stephens; and sister, Midge Shephard. The family will receive friends at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home on Friday, December 9, 2022 from 5-7pm. A graveside service will be held 10:00 am, Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Rosewood Memorial Park.
