Mary A. Peluso

Mary Alice Seeds Peluso, 93, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 28, 2016 at Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital.
Mary was born in Portsmouth, VA to the late Samuel and Addie Mae Seeds shortly after WWI, survived the Great Depression and WWII along with her six brothers and sisters. She often retold her stories of incongruity the reasoning behind her tough exterior.
Mary was a “Bingo” Aficionado, avid bowler and loved the game of cribbage and poker.
Along with her devoted husband, Stephen A. Peluso she was also preceded in death by her brothers James, Willie, Frankie, (Sylvia), sister, Gladys, son-in-law, Larry Pouttu and her grandson, Stephen James Tuggle.
Mary is survived by her sister, Edith Jennings and brother, Bobby Seeds. She is also survived by her five children, Delores McReynolds, Gail Tuggle, (Jim) with their family, Felix Peluso with his family, Tim Peluso with his family, Scharlene Floyd with her family and many nieces and nephews. Mary endured the ignominy of those she held dearest to her heart.
Entombment will be private at Rosewood Memorial Park Mausoleum.
