John T. Morrow

Virginia Beach - John T. Morrow, 90, died August 1, 2015. A native of Waynesville, he was the son of the late Hardy and Nora Harrell Morrow. He was a Navy Veteran having served in World War II and the Korean War. He continued his career in the US Navy Reserves retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer. He also retired from NAVAIR, a civil service employee. He was a charter member of the Eagle Haven Golf Association. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris N. Morrow and son, John T. Morrow, Jr. Surviving is his son, Kim Morrow, 3 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home.
