Janine Catherine Liebau

Janine Catherine Liebau aged 91, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2024, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was born on October 13, 1933, in Madawaska, Maine to Eddie and Agnes (Lauzier) Lagasse. She was the 15th child of 18 children. She married Robert Nelson Liebau on April 16, 1955, in Washington, DC. She is survived by her sisters, Maxine Lagasse and Norma McInnis, her son Robert E. Liebau and his wife, Melinda Liebau, grandchildren Stephanie and Cooper and granddaughter-in-law Nan, and 3 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am on November 22, 2024, at Bayside Presbyterian Church, 1400 Ewell Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23455, to remember and honor her life. A brief reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall of the church. A graveside service will occur Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Parklawn Memorial Park, Maryland 20853.
