Evon Braswell O'Brien

Evon Braswell O'Brien, 89, passed away on March 28, 2023. She was born in Bath, NC to the late Charlie and Sarah Braswell. Evon worked in jewelry sales for many years in Hecht's Department Store and was very dedicated to her church. She was predeceased by her loving husband William J. O'Brien. Left to cherish her memory are four children, Gary O'Brien (Mardy), Michael O'Brien ( Karen), Pat O'Brien (Patricia), Kevin O'Brien (Karen); seven grandchildren, Wendy McMahon, Erin Ogletree, Kim Root, Carter O'Brien, Clayton O'Brien, Cody O'Brien and Kelly O'Brien; sixteen great grandchildren; and nine great great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 13, 2023 in Rosewood Memorial Park conducted by the Rev. Josh Childress. You may offer condolences at www.kellumfuneralhome.com
