Douglas Michael Scott Hill VIRGINIA BEACH- Douglas Michael Scott Hill, 33, passed away on April 18, 2010. Doug was a born in Jackson, Michigan. He was employed with Talley-Anchor Sign Company and enjoyed working on motorcycles, cars and loved fishing. Survivors include his parents, Donald S. Hill and Laura Adkins Hill, four sisters, Andrea Hill of Virginia Beach; Marjorie Champion of AR; Jody Lyles of AL; Kim Casey of FL; and a brother, Donald Scott Hill of AL; his girlfriend, Sarah Novack; a nephew, Robert Daniel Wood, II; and several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. A celebration of Doug’s life will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel by Father James Parke.
