Larry was the son of Evelyn Arlene, and Cleon “Buster” Young. He was born in Los Angeles, Ca. Despite being challenged with a severe form of cerebral palsy. Larry was an active member of his community. As a child Larry sold first aid kits door to door. Later, Larry and his mother moved to Apple Valley, Ca where he worked as a landscaper for many years, and later took care of his Mother. Larry was very active in his community church, often times serving as an usher for 3 services in one day. Larry enjoyed bowling, golf and good (old) country music. He made friends wherever he went and was loved and supported by his community. Larry’s ready smile, great wit, and enormous laugh will be missed by all who knew him.
