Frank Joseph Smarker, Jr. Born August 26, 1934 We lost our father and friend today; on June 10, 2015 he went to be with the lord. He passed away at Foremost Health Care center in Hesperia, California. He worked in the produce department at Kroger’s, Market Basket, Hughes, Vons and Stater Bros his whole life. A retail clerk union member for 59 years. Thank you to Dr. Sabo of Hesperia, the wonderful staff at Foremost in Hesperia and VNA Hospice of Victorville for all of the wonderful care you gave Frank Smarker.
